Do I need a visa?
In almost all circumstances we can answer this for you over the phone.
We offer two different types of Immigration services to our clients, Private Individual's with Visa requirements and Business clients with Sponsorship management systems who have to maintain their UK border agency compliance requirements.
Private individuals have very personal visa requirements and require a high level of Immigration advisory service. Businesses alike have very individual Sponsorship management system needs and we understand those clients Immigration services needs will vary from one business client to the next, and we offer our Business clients a bespoke service that's based on their requirements.
Do I need a visa to employ non-EEA citizens: Yes!!
Employers will need:
- UK Border Agency Sponsorship management system license
- Conduct a Resident Labour Market Test (Shortage roles are exempt)
- Ensure your selected candidate is qualified for the specific role
- The job is identifiable as a skilled role under Tier 2 using SOC information
- Certificate of Sponsorship issued to the selected candidate
- The selected candidate is qualified, meets Further Leave to Remain/ Entry Clearance visa requirements for the UK.
Business Immigration services:
- Compliance set up in preparation for PBS Sponsorship License application
- SMS (Sponsorship Management System) Level 1 User and maintenance services.
- Guidance on Resident Labour Market Tests
